Delhi: Vice Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal AP Singh announced the launch of Exercise Tarang Shakti, the largest international air exercise ever conducted in India. "Exercise Tarang Shakti is the largest international air exercise ever conducted in India, with invitations extended to 51 countries. We have confirmation from 10 countries for the participation with their assets and 18 countries as observers. Including India, it is likely to become a 30-country exercise," Singh stated.
He further elaborated on the exercise's goals: "The complex missions are planned to enhance our mutual understanding of air operations. It is also an excellent opportunity to share our best practices." Exercise Tarang Shakti aims to bolster international cooperation and demonstrate India's advancing air defense capabilities.
