Relief, the rain started in the morning

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Moderate to heavy rainfall, including thundershowers, occurred in and around the national capital on Sunday morning. The rains have led to a drop in the city's rising temperatures, which has brought relief from the oppressive heat.
