BY A STAFF REPORTER: A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck the Andaman Sea on Tuesday, the National Centre for Seismology said. The tremors were felt at 3.50 am on Tuesday. The NCS said the quake struck at a depth of 10 km from the surface.
