Malappuram boat capsize: Death toll rises to 21

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The death toll in the boat capsize in Malappuram has risen to 21, a regional fire range official said. The incident took place near Tanur coast in Kerala's Malappuram district.

"So far, we have recovered 21 bodies," said Shizu Kk, regional fire range officer. We don't know how many people were on the boat. We are continuing our search to find out if there are more casualties. " 

"At least 21 people were killed when a tourist boat capsized near Tanur in Malappuram district," the NDRF said. '
