Coromandel Express accident: Why another train accident? Question raised

Terrible news on Friday evening. The Coromandel Express met with a fatal accident. The vannoc accident took place near Balasore in Odisha on its way to Chennai from Shalimar. It is learnt that the goods train and The Coromandel  Express were on the same line.

The Express hit the goods train at high speed. The intensity of the accident was such that the express went over the goods train. After the accident, most of the coaches of the express train overturned from track. Some coaches of the goods train are also reported to have derailed. Many passengers were injured in the incident and several are feared to be in critical condition.

In the recent past, there have been terrible rail accidents in the country. Why the same thing happen again? The question arises. The search for the cause of Friday's rail accident has already begun. How did the goods train and The Express come on the same track? Was there problem with signalling or was it the driver’s fault? One question after another.
