Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: During Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's visit to Manipur, MP Manickam Tagore highlighted the state's recent troubles, emphasizing the suffering of its people. Tagore criticized the BJP-led government, alleging inefficiency in managing the state's affairs despite the Congress winning two parliamentary seats.
"Manipur has been in pain for the past few months. The people of Manipur have spoken, and two MPs of the Congress party have been elected," Tagore stated. He added, "The state government ruled by the BJP is not governing the state properly."
