Lucknow – Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while addressing a gathering during the Tiranga Yatra in Lucknow, emphasized the importance of collective national effort and sharply criticized Pakistan for its continued association with terrorism. Linking national unity with development, Adityanath reiterated the slogan of ‘nation first’, aligning it with the broader vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India).
“Our aim should be to work with the spirit of ‘nation first’ to fulfill the vision of Viksit Bharat. When 140 crore Indians come together with that mindset, no force in the world can stop India’s progress,” he declared. The Tiranga Yatra, he noted, serves as a powerful reminder of that collective responsibility and patriotic commitment.
Turning his attention to Pakistan, the Chief Minister denounced what he described as a deeply disturbing reality — the attendance of Pakistan’s army officials and political leadership at the funerals of terrorists. “The world has seen this shameful act. It reflects the true face of a nation that, for the past 70 to 75 years, has sown nothing but the seeds of terrorism,” he said.
Labeling Pakistan as a “failed state,” Adityanath argued that such actions expose the deep-rooted nexus between Pakistan's military and terror outfits, underscoring the need for India to remain vigilant and united.
