CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday unveiled the state’s ambitious Mission Chadhti Kala, a comprehensive initiative aimed at the rehabilitation and reconstruction of communities devastated by recent floods.
Appealing to citizens from all walks of life, the Chief Minister urged artists, singers, industrialists, and social workers to actively contribute to the cause. “This is a noble mission to rebuild Punjab. Every rupee donated will be multiplied by 1.25 to maximize the support reaching our people,” Mann said at the launch.
The initiative seeks to mobilize nationwide support, calling on individuals and organizations across India to contribute generously. The state government has set up an official donation platform through the website rangla.punjab.gov.in to ensure transparency and easy access for contributors.
