People seeking information  by dialing the helpline number 139.Family members are calling this number to inquire about the passengers who were on the train at the time of the accident.Many phones are also asking to know the amount of ex-gratia.RRCTC CMD Seema Kumar said railway officials posted at these centers are responsible for providing accurate information to callers in coordination with local authorities.
