By a Staff Reporter: Signs of change of government in Mizoram are becoming clear. Not the ruling party Zoramthanga's MNF but Lalduhoma's ZPM is coming up in people's choice list. ZPM has already won 1 seat. They are currently ahead in 24 seats. W CHHUANAWMA won from Tuichang (22) assembly constituency by a margin of 909 votes.
