Now Haryana's Agriculture Minister, Jai Prakash Dalal has commented on this issue. He said, "We don't have any dams. The water that comes in flows to Delhi, Agra, Allahabad and then goes to the sea.
Aam Aadmi Party is trying to avoid its responsibility. The flow of water increased earlier too but the Yamuna basin was wider earlier. Now there is illegal encroachment and construction along the Yamuna which has caused the water level of the Yamuna to shrink and rise. Illegal properties are the main reason behind Delhi's downfall."
