By a Staff Reporter: A three-storey rice mill building collapsed in Haryana's Karnal. As a result, several rice mill workers are feared to be trapped under the debris. Workers used to sleep inside the building. Fire brigade, police and ambulance reached the spot. Rescue operations are underway.
