By the staff reporter: Four law students had filed a petition in the Bombay High Court challenging the state government's declared holiday. The petition is being heard in the Bombay High Court today. The petition claimed that the leave declared by the state government is arbitrary and the state government does not have the power to declare such a holiday.
The Bombay High Court has dismissed a petition filed by four law students challenging the state government's notification granting leave on January 22 for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony.
