By a Staff Reporter: A part of a bridge on NH-16 has collapsed in Jajpur, Odisha. As a result, the movement of vehicles near Rasulpur block has been restricted. The cause of the bridge collapse is not yet known.
NHAI project director JP Verma said, "This bridge was built around 2008. Bridge experts have been called in. The cause will be known after investigation. Initially, the cause of the accident is believed to be structural failure. We will know when the expert committee reaches the spot then we can restore the bridge."
