A goods train collided head-on with the Chennai-bound Coromandal Express at Balasore in Odisha on Friday evening. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a high-level meeting to take stock of the situation in the Balasore train accident. So far, 238 people have died in this rail accident. More than 600 people were injured. According to the Indian Railways, a total of 15 coaches of the Karmandal Express derailed due to the accident. Meanwhile, human bodies are still scattered at the spot.
