Assam Congress Urges Rahul Gandhi to Raise Flood Issue in Parliament

A team from the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), headed by President Bhupen Borah, has submitted a memorandum to Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi. The memorandum appeals to Gandhi to raise the longstanding issue of floods in Assam in the upcoming sessions of Parliament.
