The Bihu dance for the Guinness World Record will be made at the Sarujai Stadium in Guwahati on April 13. More than 11,000 folk dancers and drummers will participate in this initiative. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the record will be set on April 13. Certificates will be issued on April 14.
