Jaipur: Former Chief Minister of Rajasthan and senior Congress leader Ashok Gehlot has expressed optimism about the INDIA alliance’s chances in the upcoming political showdown. Speaking to reporters, Gehlot confirmed the alliance's readiness ahead of the crucial vote count and reiterated confidence in its ability to form a government.

"Congress and the INDIA alliance are fully prepared in Mumbai. Tomorrow we will reach there and stay. All the arrangements for counting of votes have been made. Now, let's see what happens tomorrow," said Gehlot.

Highlighting the meticulous groundwork done by the alliance, Gehlot stated that he had spoken with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth arrangements. He added, "There is every possibility that the INDIA alliance government will be formed. I will be in Mumbai tomorrow, and all the arrangements have been made."
