New Delhi: In a significant post-operation outreach, the Indian Army on Wednesday convened a high-level interaction titled 'Chief’s Chintan' at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi. The closed-door session, led by Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, brought together former Army Chiefs to exchange strategic views and lessons, especially in the wake of Operation Sindoor.

According to an official statement from the Indian Army, the event was aimed at leveraging the “vast experience and strategic insights” of past military leadership to guide the Army’s future transformation and preparedness.

The central theme of the interaction was a detailed briefing on Operation Sindoor, the recent joint-services counter-terror mission that drew national and global attention. The operation’s strategic implications, lessons learned, and its role in redefining joint operational doctrines were discussed in depth.
