In an operation targeting an Al Qaeda module, Jharkhand Police, along with the ATS, STF, Ranchi Police, and Delhi Police, have conducted simultaneous raids at 16 locations across various districts, including Ranchi, Hazaribagh, and Lohardaga. The raids were prompted by inputs regarding suspicious movements of certain individuals.

As of now, eight suspects have been detained and are being interrogated. During the search operations, authorities have recovered illegal weapons, laptops, mobile phones, and suspicious documents. The suspects are currently being questioned, and the documents are under verification.

IG Operations Amol Vinukant Homkar stated that the raids are ongoing and further legal action will be based on the results of the questioning and document verification. Detailed information about the operation will be provided once it is concluded.
