Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has criticized the BJP government over the condition of health services in Uttar Pradesh following a recent stampede incident. Speaking to reporters, Yadav highlighted the failure of government officials and administration in managing large crowds and ensuring adequate preparations for emergencies.
"The health services of Uttar Pradesh are in a dilapidated condition... this is not the first incident," Yadav stated. He further accused the BJP of neglecting existing medical colleges, despite claims of building new ones. "If the already existing medical colleges have been ruined by someone, it is the BJP government," he added.
