AAP To Kickstart Election Campaign With Sunita Kejriwal's Briefing

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's wife Sunita Kejriwal is set to address the media at 12 noon on Friday to launch AAP's election campaign.

Moreover, AAP's election campaign will be carried out with its National Convener Arvind Kejriwal in the Enforcement Directorate's custody. Sunita Kejriwal has been at the forefront of conveying the messages of Arvind Kejriwal since he is in ED's custody.

Moreover, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court on Thursday extended Arvind Kejriwal's ED remand till April 1 in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. The ED demanded a seven-day extension of Kejriwal's custody due to his alleged evasive replies and non-cooperation in the investigation. However, the court extended the remand for four days.

Furthermore, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court Remanded Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal to ED Custody till March 28 in the Delhi Liquorgate case on March 22, Friday.   The decision came as ED demanded 10-day custody of Kejriwal and submitted 28 pages of evidence alleging his involvement in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. 

The Enforcement Directorate arrested Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal from his residence in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. He was arrested following search operations and Interrogations conducted by the ED at his residence on Thursday evening.
