Major Activity Of The Police, Tight Security In The Polling Season

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Keeping in mind the upcoming Holi festival and the Lok Sabha general elections 2024, the Uttar Pradesh administration has taken a new decision to control crime, security and maintain law and order in Badaun district. 

Sources said that the senior superintendent of police will march on foot with adequate police force in the Civil Lines area and the police force on duty has been instructed to remain alert.

Police proactiveness should also be maintained and banks should be checked regularly. Checks will be conducted at ATMs, main intersections, roads, dhabas, hotels, bus stands, petrol pumps and other sensitive places. Necessary instructions have been given to maintain security and law and order.
