Government officials is working in Manipur: minister Biswajit Singh

According to minister for agriculture, power, forest and environment and climate change, Th Biswajit Singh, government officers are reaching out to farmers to extend central government welfare schemes. ``Our government work is going on in earnest.  Government officials are coming to office and we are executing projects. The government is back on wheels,'' he said.

With elections knocking at the door, and BJP deciding to support ally NPF in the Outer Manipur parliamentary constituency, the saffron party has to up the ante to retain the inner Manipur seat. So far BJP has not declared their candidate and there are many in the fray with current MP Rajkumar Ranjan Singh leading the race.
