With the showers refusing to relent, it is unlikely that the civic authorities will be able to cover all the battered stretches before the festivities once they start the repair drive. Protests have been going on for a long time demanding road repairs. Even then there is no solution. During any festival, the bad conditions of this road are more and more noticeable. But the administration has not done anything, to rectify the situation. Common peoples are sufferers, who has to endure the day-to-day pain of traveling on these roads.
