3 criminals caught! didn't use phone, how planned their plot?

By a staff reporter: On Wednesday, 3 notorious criminals from Sansi Gang, Haryana Gang and Sultanpuri Gang were apprehended by Shalimar GRPS. One of the arrested accuseds is Ranveer Singh who is the present boss of the team. Sir, they follow unique modus operandi during committing crime. They come from Hariyana or Delhi by air, and commit crime in trains, crowded area like fair, temples etc. They don't use mobile phones and use the phones of co-passengers. They have multiple Adhar cards etc. They are wanted in other states also.
