PM Modi's special appeal to young voters of Karnataka

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The assembly elections started in Karnataka today.  The voting process began this morning. Polling stations have been cordoned off amid tight security. Crowds of people were seen at polling stations since this morning. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted a special message about this election. He tweeted that, "I appeal to the people of Karnataka, especially the youth and first-time voters, to vote in large numbers and enrich the festival of democracy."
