BY A STAFF REPORTER: The IPL 2025 auction will only be held outside of India for the second time, on November 24 and 25, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Originally, 1574 players signed up for the IPL 2025 super auction; however, that number has since been reduced to 574 players, of whom 366 are Indian, 208 are foreign, and three are associate country players. There will be 204 spots available, with 70 of those being for players from other countries.
The 18th installment of the IPL auction will take place in 2025. The total amount spent on each IPL auction edition is listed below:
