But now times have changed a lot. Today the kitchen is not only for women. Now the kitchen belongs to both of them. In some cases, a man is more skilled in cooking than a woman. That is, over time, the four walls of the kitchen have been able to remove the worn old.

On this women's day, you can also take charge of your home kitchen. At least for this special day, you can cook favourite dish of your lady love. What would be the best gift for Women's Day? So why delay, take a quick look at these 3 special dishes –

Fulkopir Patar Cchechki –

First, heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, dry chillies and fenugreek seeds. First steam the cauliflower leaves in slightly salted water. Then fry the cut potatoes and pumpkin together. When potatoes and pumpkin are fried, mix a bowl of eggplant cut into small squares. Allow these three vegetables to cook on low heat with salt and turmeric. After a while, remove the cover and chop the steamed cauliflower leaves and mix them with eggplant, pumpkin and potato. Break two green chillies in between. Then let it simmer on low heat. Then remove the lid and mix salt and sugar as per taste and keep it covered again for a while. Remove the cover after 5 minutes and serve the ‘Fulkopir Patar Cchechki’.

Dub Chicken –

Ingredients – Chicken – 500 gm, Onion – 1 tbsp, Ginger – 1 tbsp, Garlic – 1 tbsp, Chilli – to taste, Turmeric – 1 tsp, Coconut milk – half cup, Cashew nut paste – 2 tbsp spoon, tomato paste – half cup, salt/sweet – as per taste.

Procedure –

Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger, onion, garlic and chilli in it. Stir for a while and add the cashew nut batter. Now add the rest of the spices one by one.

On the other hand, marinate the chicken beforehand with salt and lemon. Then add the marinated chicken to the spices. Finally let it boil in low flame with coconut milk. After 7-8 minutes remove the cover and check if the meat is cooked. Switch off the gas when the chicken becomes mushy with the spices.

Now the real work. Fill the meat in an empty dry dub and cover the mouth with a ball of flour. Place the wire rack over the gas oven and place the entire pan on it. Keep the flame very low. Turn off the gas after fifteen minutes. And then your 'dub chicken' is ready.

Kesar Kheer -

Ingredients – 1 litter full cream milk, half cup bhog chal, half cup sugar, a pinch of saffron, small amount of cashew nuts, pistachios, raisins, half teaspoon cardamom powder.

Method - Heat milk in a pan. When the milk boils, add bhog chal soaked for an hour and stir well. After stirring for some time, the rice will be cooked. After about 20-25 minutes, when the rice is cooked, the milk will thicken. Now mix sugar and soaked saffron with milk. Keep stirring until the sugar is completely incorporated, otherwise the bottom will stick. Then finally mix the chopped cashew nuts, pistachios and cardamom powder. Now your 'Kesar Kheer' is ready. Chill and serve this kheer easily.
