Delhi: During a business forum held in conjunction with the official visit of the Vietnam Prime Minister to India, Vice Chairman of Vietjet Air, Nguyen Thanh Hung, announced the launch of a new flight route connecting Da Nang and Ahmedabad. "Today we are participating in a business forum with the Vietnam PM on his official visit to India. In this forum, we have a chance to announce our flight to connect Da Nang and Ahmedabad," he said.

Highlighting Vietjet Air's existing operations, Hung noted, "So far, we have transported over a million Indian passengers, operating 46 flights per week from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to cities such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Cochin, and Ahmedabad." He further mentioned the airline's plans to increase the number of flights and passengers between Vietnam and India in the future.
