BY A STAFF REPORTER: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is sending envoys to the Sudan region amid an "unprecedented" situation. "In light of the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian crisis in Sudan, Guterres is immediately sending Un Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths to the region," Guterres' spokesman Stephane Dujarric said in a statement. "The scale and speed of what is happening in Sudan is unprecedented. We are very concerned. "
