UN secretary-general sends envoy to Sudan

"In light of the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian crisis in Sudan, Guterres is immediately sending Un Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths to the region," Guterres' spokesman Stephane Dujarric said in a statement.
