BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukrainian officials say four people have been killed and at least 10 others injured in Russian attacks on residential buildings, private homes and a coal mine in Ukraine. Serhiy Lisak, the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, said a five-story building in the southern city of Nikopol was shelled.
"A 63-year-old man was killed," Lisak said. Two women, aged 65 and 63, were injured. Russian troops later launched a drone strike, wounding another person, Lisak said. There were 12 attacks in a single day in Nikopol district. Three apartment buildings, two industrial units, an administrative building and vehicles were damaged. Power lines and a gas pipeline were also targeted. "
