BY A STAFF REPORTER: The fire broke out on Sunday night after a Ukrainian drone attack on a non-residential building in the western Russian city of Kurchatov, but emergency services brought the fire under control and there were no casualties, kursk region governor Roman Starovet said.
According to reports, the drone hit a building of the FSB Security Service. Kurchatov is one of russia's largest nuclear plants.
