"A 69-year-old man was killed during the rocket attack and another body was recovered from the rubble after the attack," said Serhiy Lisak, head of the regional military administration. "

"Twenty-three people were injured in the blast, 21 of them have been admitted to hospitals and three are in critical condition," he said. Ukraine's prosecutor general's office said at least four people were missing after the attack on Dnipro.

"The fire spread to an area of 1,000 square meters of the medical center, where a three-story building was partially destroyed," Lisak said. Rescue workers are searching for people under the rubble. '
