BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least 12 people were killed when a small plane crashed near rio branco airport, the capital of brazil's western state of Accra. The plane, operated by local agency ART Taxi Erio, crashed shortly after takeoff, killing everyone, including a child. The cause of the accident will now be investigated. The plane was envira, a small town in amazonas state.
