Tractor Trailer Crash in Mexico Kills 13

BY A STAFF Reporter: At least 13 people were killed when a tractor-trailer collided head-on with a van on a highway in mexico's northern state of Tamaulipas. Tamaulipas' Ministry of Public Safety said two cars crashed about half an hour earlier outside the capital, Ciudad Victoria.

When authorities arrived at the scene, they found that the truck carrying the trailer was no longer on the scene. The incident is under investigation.
