Earthquakes, people in panic

BY A STAFF REPORTER: According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), a 4.2-magnitude earthquake hit Tibet's Xizang region on Wednesday. The NCS said the quake struck at a depth of 10 km. No casualties have been reported so far.
