BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukrainian regional governor Oleh Shinehhubov said three new Russian strikes on Tuesday wounded two people and damaged infrastructure in Kharkiv district, Ukraine's second-largest city.

Sinehubov said three attacks in the city in one day damaged homes and an educational institution. Two people are being treated at the hospital.
