BY A STAFF REPORTER: Oleh Sinihubov, head of the kharkiv region's military administration, said most residents needed to be evacuated from the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kupyansk and its surrounding areas.
"The eviction drive has been organised and is being conducted on the designated safe route. Currently, 63 people, including nine children, have been evacuated to safer places. About 12,000 people remain in the city so far. "
"Housing has been arranged for refugees in Kharkiv and other parts of Ukraine, which is far from the front line," Sinihubov said. '
