The russians hit the kirovohrad region

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Several Ukrainian cities have been devastated by russian forces' continued attacks. On Thursday, Russia launched another attack on Ukraine. Andrei Raikovich, the head of the regional military administration, said the Russians had hit the Kirovhrad region. There were no casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure as a result of the attack.
