Terrible flood! death toll is rising

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Devastating floods in Central Africa's Congo.  Congo's provincial governor, Theo Ngwabidze Kasi, said on Monday that at least 401 people had lost their lives in the floods. Many residents are still missing. The rescue operation has already begun.  The administration has started providing relief to the flood-affected areas.   On Thursday, the rainfall in Kalehe territory in South Kivu province caused rivers to overflow, inundating the villages of Bushushu and Nyamukubi.
