BY A STAFF REPORTER: Three explosions were heard in Kharkiv's Shevchenkievsky district, the city's mayor, Ihor Terekhow, said.

"The Russians are attacking Kharkiv with drones," the mayor said. There have been at least three attacks in densely populated areas of the city centre. A drone damaged two floors of a dormitory. There was a fire. State emergency services units are working. Information about the victims is currently being cleaned up. "
