BY A STAFF REPORTER: It is known that Russia has launched a new attack on Ukraine. Russian forces reportedly attacked Kharkiv. According to sources, the area and premises of a children's health center in Kharkiv were damaged by Russian strikes. However, there were no casualties as there were no people on the premises.
