BY A STAFF REPORTER: An 18-year-old man was killed and three others wounded in Russian shelling in the southern Ukrainian district of Nikopole.

"Power lines, houses and a church were also damaged in the shelling," said Serhiy Lisak, head of the regional military administration in the Dnipropetrovsk region. '
