BY A STAFF REPORTER: On Tuesday, 17 people were injured and homes damaged in a Russian missile attack on a residential area in the center of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second city.
Kharkiv regional governor Oleh Shinehhubov said two women were seriously injured and their homes were damaged. Two Russian missiles landed in the city centre.
