Russian Defence Ministry Says Boat Destroyed Trying to Attack Crimea Bridge

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia has stopped Ukraine's attacks overnight on the Crimea Bridge connecting the Crimean Peninsula to the Russian mainland. The Russian Defense Ministry said Ukrainian forces tried to attack the bridge with two boats loaded with unmanned explosives. 

"The first maritime drone was detected in time and destroyed in the Black Sea," the ministry said. A second boat attack was foiled in the early hours of Saturday. The third sea drone was shot down in the Black Sea at 2:20 a.m. local time. ' 

"Vehicular movement over the bridge has been temporarily restricted," the defence ministry said. '
