Fire breaks out near Putin's residence, it's all over

A massive fire broke out at a Russian warehouse near Putin's residence.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia's emergency services said a fire broke out at a warehouse in the city of Odintsovo, between Vladimir Putin's official residence and Vanukovo airport west of Moscow, on Thursday.

It is not yet known how the fire broke out at the warehouse, located 6.5 kilometers from Putin's presidential residence in Novo-Ogariyovo.

The size of the fire was 2,000 square metres (21,500 sq ft) around midnight.
