Russia has announced it will not participate in the upcoming Peace Summit, as stated by Mykhailo Haluzin, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Haluzin criticized the peace formula, calling it a "dead end and ultimatum," and expressed dissatisfaction with the deliberate "ignoring of other initiatives" to end the war in Ukraine.
