Russia attacks Cherkasy region

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia attacked ukraine's Cherkasy region in the early hours of Thursday. Seven people were injured in the attack. "A social infrastructure was damaged by debris in Cherkasi," said Ihor Taburetz, head of the regional military administration. Seven people were injured and 10 evacuated to safety in Cherkasi as a result of the attack by Russian forces. One person was rescued from under the rubble. Rescue operations are underway. '
