Speaking at the inaugural session of the North East India festival in Ho Chi Minh City, minister of state for external affairs, government of India, Rajkumar Ranjan Singh mentioned that there is massive tourism business development in the entire North east of India and urged Vietnamese businessmen to explore the potential. Singh met with senior leaders of the Vietnam communist party and exchanged ideas of common platforms for the two countries.
